Simple cheesy breadsticks

Dough recipe: http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/bobby-flay/pizza-dough-recipe.html

Ingredients
All purpose flour
2-3 Tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon garlic salt
Finely shredded cheddar cheese
Parmesan cheese, optional

For the dough, you can either buy some or make your own. In this recipe I used Bobby Flay's recipe and it worked out really great!

First off, preheat your oven to 450 degrees.

This is how my dough turned out. It was nice and fluffy!

Flour your work area lightly so the dough won't stick. Then flip the dough onto the counter and knead it a few times.

Now cut it into slices however you want. I cut my dough in half and made them a little shorter than normal bread sticks. But after you cut them, roll them out a little so they won't be too thick.

Grease a baking sheet with some oil spray and transfer the dough onto it.

I know, they look kinda funny :) If your oven still hasn't preheated, cover the dough and let it rise until the oven is preheated, 5-10 minutes.

After a couple of minutes put it into the oven and set the timer for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the dressing. Cut up the butter and melt it in a microwave or on the stove top.

Next, add some garlic salt. At this point, you can add your own seasonings, but the garlic salt is really salty, so just be careful to not add too much.

It might look weird now, but it was DELICIOUS on the bread sticks!

After 10 minutes, the bread sticks should not be completely done. Take them out of the oven (with the oven still on 450) and brush each one with the dressing. Try to spread it evenly over the top, especially on the edges.

Then add a LOT of cheese :)

Now put them back into the oven for 5-7 minutes. Take them out when they are lightly golden brown and the cheese is nice and melted. Just like that. :)

Dig in!

Enjoy them with some marinara sauce.

Egg sandwiches

Ingredients
7 large eggs
Sliced french bread
1 clove of garlic
1 tsp. salt
Mayonnaise
1 large tomato
Salt to taste

Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil. Gently put in the eggs and let boil them for 20 minutes.

Place slices of french bread (I used about 17) on a baking sheet. Turn your oven on "HI" on the broil setting.

Move the oven rack to the second highest level and watch the bread carefully to make sure they don't burn. It'll take about 3-5 minutes.

Once they're out, prepare the garlic and salt. To get a slight garlic taste, dip the clove of garlic into the salt and rub it over the bread. Dip into salt for every slice of bread.

Once finished, spread each slice of bread with some mayonnaise.

Now for the eggs. If you want, you can chop them all up by hand, but I used a hand chopper which saved me some time. Chop them into small pieces. You can have bigger and smaller chunks if you want.

Using a spoon or clean hands, put some eggs on each slice of bread. Put a little or a lot.You can sprinkle the eggs with some salt now, or later.

For the finishing touch add some sliced, fresh tomatoes and ENJOY! :)

Chocolate chip cookies

In the pictures, I only make half a recipe.
Ingredients
2 ¼ cups all purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 stick plus 6 Tbsp of unsalted butter at room temperature
¾ cup of granulated sugar
¾ cup of brown sugar
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

Preheat your oven to 375.

Cream together the butter and sugar.

Mix together the dry ingredients and add to the butter and sugar mixture.

Stir until just incorporated.

Add the chocolate chips and mix them in

Roll into balls and place 1 inch apart onto baking sheet

I decided to add some extra white chocolate chips on top :)

Place into the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes.

Let them cool for 5 minutes and transfer to a cooling rack until completely cooled.

ENJOY! :)
